Delete your Saggi’s Snap account

You can delete your Saggi’s Snap account and its data yourself, at any time, from the app or the website. Saggi’s Snap is made by Saggijos Digital Ventures.

Delete it yourself (instant)

• Open Saggi’s Snap (the app, or snap.saggijos.com/me) and sign in.
• Go to the Me tab and tap Delete my account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

Can’t sign in? Ask us

Email support@saggijos.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it’s you and delete everything within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in).
• Your credit balance and credit history. Unused credits can’t be refunded after deletion.
• Your Wall posts, Buddy Booth sessions and AI history records.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, pack), with your name and email removed, for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years).
• Nothing else. Photos and strips in My Snaps were only ever on your phone; delete them there, or by clearing the app’s data. Photos sent for AI looks are never stored.
